I agree with you in a lot of cases, but I feel like this claim by Chesskid was so obviously fake that it was just a more āhey guys, donāt be stupidā.

Actually, I think in just about every occurrence that CK has fake claimed, it has proven beneficial to town, itās not something he does lightly.
I canāt say that for everyone on this siteā¦ Many a game have been thrown off of unnecessary fake claims because people doing them donāt expect them to carry past their own death, but thatās not usually a good assumption given limited attention spans / large non-standard games.
