hi!
does both the target and the shooter die when someone shoots town or just the shooter?
just the shooter
He once won a popcorn game in like 2 hours. 3 shots. 3 hits. 3 mafia sprawled out.
I’m not entirely confident, but I’ve weaseled out once or twice before.
yeah, I was busy yesterday… and kinda frozen today in the morning
I thought it might be better to just wait till I figure out what I’m supposed to do as scum again XD
I haven’t played scum for around half a year
I think I’m getting back to it tho
luckily town created an environment where it’s optimal for scum to lurk for now
it’s been quite nice being able to take the game this easy
…I got shot by a lol-shot
welp… gl
I’m genuinely curious if it had any sort of reason behind it
(besides me asking them for reads)
I guess that’s what I get for lurking early on XD
glgl! (and sorry lol… I certainly didn’t expect it to end like that)
I’m not allowed to post my own flip, right?
crap… squirrel’s anger makes it kinda clear that he has no TMI
@gellnick please, please, please post my flip
the longer we wait, the more time the townies have to clear themselves xd
Yep.
thanks
welp… that was an epic comeback after half a year of town games only XD
I’m a skilled FM player, arrgh
rip ejji
would probably be suspicious if i entered the thread now lol, i’ll wait an hour or so
shoot you’re right
Right then. With jk gone, who do we kill?
Target list, no particular order:
Orange
squirrel
quin
REM
chesskid
aelin
GKB
squirrel is notorious for drawing scum, so not shooting him is bound to raise suspicions.
I’d say Chesskid is the obvious target but I’d like to leave open the option of raising a gambit–he shot a partner for the towncred. Open to taking him out because of the lolshots. GKB is a target for a similar reason.
I might suggest Orange, grounds of I think he’s suspicious, but the idea is to throw suspicion on someone we want gone.
Path to victory: NK (X). Get a mis-shoot from someone. Get a mis-yeet from the Town in general. NK (Y). 3-2, Town–mis-shoot ties it, mis-yeet wins it. If either scores then whoever’s left is going to have to think through their NK.
Question is, who do we NK to induce a mis-shoot AND a mis-yeet coming off that mis-shoot?
Placeholder NK, feel free to override:
/kill @Quin
Reasoning: aelin and Orange are suspecting us, so killing them draws more suspicion. Chesskid is pretty much locktown–killing him is the logical move but by not doing so we raise suspicions. Squirrel, as noted before, is a scum expert. Leave alive to indicate that he might be scum.
I figure REM, GKB, Quin in no particular order, went for quin because he was handy (and he can be dangerous). Also, GKB’s scum finding ability has been hyped, so leaving him alive can raise suspicions.
Goal is to induce confusion and get someone to shoot a townie early. Maybe get GKB and chesskid into a duel.
